Oyime's Weekend : Shrunken Fro & The Beach

Hey guys!!! It's Monday again.. I decided to be optimistic about this week so I was feeling ready to take on the week. Then, I spent almost 4 hours getting to work this morning thanks to some tankers that blocked the road. I'm still optimistic about the week though, I mean there's a public holiday on Thursday and Friday if I'm correct :D

Last weekend I went to the beach. This is the 2nd time in a month and I was excited when my friend asked me to go because, before this year I hadn't been to the beach in years and I really love the beach. I didn't want to have my hair in a puff as usual so I decided to just have my 'fro out.

We went to Ilashe with quite a number of people so we used a ferry. This was my first time on a ferry and it just looked like a school bus. It took such a long time to get there, about 2 hours but I think it was because we used a ferry and not a speed boat. The last time I went with a speed boat it didn't take up to an hour.

We were there for about 5 hours and I had a really good time. There was also a lot of food so I was  happy about that :D

On Sunday, I washed my hair and got it ready for the week.
